The Super Falcons of Nigeria were held to a 1-1 draw by the Black Queen of Ghana in a group game at the ongoing Women African Cup Of Nations currently going on in Cameroon. Nigeria pulled the first trigger when Asisat Oshoala scored her 5th goal of the tournament in the 19th minute, Nigeria went further to lose many chances and were very careless at the face of goal.
Ghana pulled level few minutes to half time when Ugo Njoku brought down an opponent in the 18 yard box, and Black Queen Elizabeth Addo converted the spot kick to give Ghana an equalizer.
Nigeria further had chances to win the game when Asisat Oshoala missed another chance by being unable to convert a cross in by Fransisca Ordega, and the Black Queens missing a couple of chances at the other head as well. Nigeria remain top of the Group B table on superior goal difference to the Black Queens, their last group game would be against Kenya on Sunday while Ghana battles Mali who were beaten by six goals to nil by Nigeria.
