Cuba's revolutionary leader Fidel Castro has finally given up the Ghost at the age of 90, His younger brother and successor as president Raul Castro announced the news on state television. Fidel Castro
toppled the government in 1959, introducing a Communist revolution. He
defied the US for decades, and survived many assassination plots.
His brother announced his death saying that he died at about 10 pm on Friday night, adding that his body would be cremated. Cuba is set to dedicate some of number of days to mourn the late Hero who his supporters said he had given Cuba back to the people, while critics saw him as a dictator.
