Epic throwback photo of Psquare - Can you differentiate them?

This throwback picture of Psquare with a friend has got fans all around the world talking; so many have drawn inspiration from this picture saying that if Psquare can start from the buttom to make it to wherever they are today then they too can make it.

Psquare have also responded to them saying that with hardwork and belief they can make it even far bigger than them. This photo was shared from Peter's Instagram page earlier today.

The question of the day is; which of them is Peter and which is Paul?

Happy Throwback Thursday.

Body Count For Females - Does it really count?

There is a new terminology given to the reason why a woman or a young lady shouldn't live her life the way it so pleases her, and make choices that makes her absolutely happy and fulfilled; it's called 'Body Count'. The first time I heard this word I thought it was a terminology used in a mortuary to do an inventory on the corpses there, little did I know that it was bigger than it actually sounds.

From popular definition; Body count can be defined by the amount of men that you have had sex with as a woman, and if it's more than 2 then you are a prostitute who neither deserves to be married nor to have happiness. I have heard that some girls lie about their 'body count' so as not to sound 'cheap' or sound like every guy in the hood as had a share of her 'virtue', meanwhile this 'body count' don't apply to men. In fact as man, you need to 'hype' the amount of 'body counts' you have had so as to sound or look experienced in the presence of a woman.

Why is 'Body Count' an issue? Who is counting? Because I am for sure not counting, and I can speak for a host of my friends too. Does body count really count? Does body count makes you less of a woman, or less of a good person? I once asked a girl why there's so much fuss about body counts and she replied me with; 'can you marry a girl who has 'been' with more than 5 guys'? At that point I almost started to count how many girls i've 'been' with but I didn't think it was an issue at that point because that was not the bone of contention. I really don't care if a girl has been around the world beyond and nigh searching for her baby; the only problem I would have is if she's still going around the world searching for her baby after finding me (her new baby).

Some women stay in abusive relationships and marriages just because they 'don't want to increase their body count', some would rather buy sex toys because they don't want to 'waste their body count' on a random guy, while some will 'deduct' a guy from their body count if he was probably a bad person or someone they didn't like. A girl once asked if she could 'remove' her dead ex boyfriend from her body count; since he was dead so he probably died with his count on her body. At that point I reaslised this body count was a big issue.

How long will our women keep living their lives to please the society? How long will our women start living their lives, and stop thinking about 'what people will think or say'? I am not an advocate of prostitution or 'immoral' behaviours so to speak, but I am the number one advocate fof a free and peaceful life for everybody. Do what you have to do if you feel that at that point in time it is the best thing for you to do given your situational condition, if it later turns out to be a wrong decision; you learn from your mistakes and move on with life. I remember there was a stage in my life I couldn't hug or kiss a loved one in the public because 'people were looking at us', but after some years I looked back at those 'people that were looking at us' but they were nowhere to be found, they have moved on with their lives and businesses, and most definitely don't remember if someone like me even exists, ever existed or stood at a certain place with a girl he couldn't hug or kiss because they were looking; but I denied myself of some moments of happiness and sweet memories because they were looking at me then.

Most times people who our women are trying to please don't matter, the 'society' whose standards they want to forcefully fit into and those people on social media who they are trying to impress don't matter. These people neither have a say in their happiness nor the progress in their lives. Stop worrying about what people think you are and worry about what you really are, focus on it and how you can be a better person. Those neighbours, classmates, colleagues and friends that you cared about what they will think years back; where are they today? That boss, neighbour, facebook friend, Twitter and Instagram follower that you are trying to conform to his or her standards would not matter in 5 years time. I remember back in the University when my girlfriend told me that she doesn't feel too comfortable with me coming over her place to spend the night because her neighbours will see her as a bad person; that they will be pointing fingers at her by morning and refer to her as 'that girl that a an slept over at her place'. This is more than 5 years after, where are those neighbours that she was worried about? Probably drinking Heinekken now with their friends and family and playing FIFA 17 but there she was worrying about what they would say, and allowed it affect her choices as a human being.

But like I always say, I don't know it all. This is my honest opinion on this issue of body count, and generally why our women seem to fuss about certain things. I don't think body counts is something people should fuss about, if a man is particular about the body count of a woman hence can't have anything to do with her then he should get lost. I ask the guys if they would refuse to marry a girl because she has a high body count? I don't think body count defines who a woman is, her values and her qualities.

Comments and corrections would be appreciated.

One Meal A Day - Buhari fulfilling his campaign promises

Unbeknownst to us APC are gradually fulfilling their campaign promises by providing Nigerians with one meal per day, one of their major campaign promises was to make sure Nigerians get a meal per day and it's gradually getting to that.

Most Nigerians can no longer afford even 2 square meals anymore. This is as a result of the hardship brought upon Nigerians by the recession hitting the economy. The President Buhari led APC government seems to be nonchalant about this whole situation.

Instead of bringing about strategies to make life better for Nigerians, it has resulted to making it worse by increasing the prices of the basic needs of the common man.

Is this the change we were really promised?

Mourinho Bullied at The 'Theatre of Draws' - Hopes To Bounce Back

Jose Mourinho's Manchester United were held to their 4th consecutive home draws after match week 13, West Ham opened the scoring in the 2nd minute through an indirect free kick. Manchester United levelled the score when a beautiful work from Paul Pogba was finished off by Zlatan Ibrahimovic to make the scores 1-1 by the 22nd minute.

Paul Pogba was later book by the referee for an alleged diving after he almost successfully took on 3 West Ham players, Pogba showed a sign of shock when the referee blew the whistle against him and showed him the yellow card. Jose Mourinho on the other hand was highly frustrated on the touch lines as he displayed his aggression by kicking a water bottle, he then received his marching orders by the referee as he was sent to the stands for the rest of the game.

It's no news that Mourinho is a passionate and very controversial manager, he speaks his mind whenever he needs to and bears the consequence afterwards. But ever since his return to the Premier League at Manchester United, the English FA has made sure that he constantly gets bullied in other to surpress his ego and 'humble' him. There was no reason to send a manager to the stands for displaying furstration that can only be birthed from the passion he has for the big game, he neither caused any damage nor abused anybody physically. But as always, the referee's decision is always final.

Jose hopes to bounce back from this low morale, beef up his squad and make sure he is able to challenge for something soon. We wish him well

Hilarious! Man buys an SUV with coins

A Chinese man has bought an SUV worth about seventy thousand pounds with coins in China, nobody knows how many years he has been gathering those coins to be able to afford the car.

The coins altogether were about 100,000 in number, and it took more than two cashiers to carefully count the coins so as to ascertain the accuracy before handing out the car to the weird man.

The man runs a flour shop in Zhengzhou in Henan province; he also admitted that he gathered the coins over time knowing that he was going to encounter challenges with changing them into notes. The total number of staff it took to count this money was four and the time it took them to count it was twelve hours.

What a wise weird man!

FC Barcelona Chases Victor Moses

The fine form of Victor Moses has attracted the attention of Barcelona as they look to fix their right back challenges this season; Victor Moses who have been loaned to Liverpool, Stoke City and West Ham have finally clinched his spot in the Chelsea starting eleven under new boss Antonio Conte. The new boss plays him at Right Wing Back and the 25 year old former Crystal Palace sensation has been outstanding in that position, being a major key in their title chasing campaign.

Barcelona have been scouting for a replacement for their right back position, Aleix Vidal has been finding it difficult to settle down at Camp Nou; forcing them to play Sergi Roberto at right back. Another target for Barcelona for the position is the highly experienced Branislav Ivanovic whose contract at Chelsea expires at the end of the ongoing season, although Ivanovic would seem like a short-term plan for them considering his age; that's why their scouts have been playing key attention to Victor Moses and would plan to make a bid by the end of the season because a January transfer woldn't be feasible as Conte would seek to maintain his squad balance at the moment.

Antonio Conto when asked about the issue reveals that his players just like himself always focus on the present instead of paying attention to long term plans, 'They like to focus game by game, and not long term for now'because after a bad period they won six straight games and would like to be focus. 'There's the right time to talk about everything' he also stated.

Phyno & Olamide have done more Job on Inter Cultural unity than the Federal Government

If Phyno were to be appointed as the Minister of Culture and Tourism and Olamide as the Minister for State for Culture and Tourism or vice versa, it would be one of the wisest decision Buhari will make in terms of Ministerial appointments in Nigeria. Those two have successfully brought the Igbo and Yoruba tribe, turned it into a fine wine and served it to all Nigerians to drink and be merry.

The kind of Bromance going on between Phyno and Olamide in the Nigerian Music Industry is something that has never happened before, two A-list artistes or '2 Kings' as they have chosen to be called in their last collaboration album. Two Kings who have both individual successful songs, albums, concerts and endorsements coming together to not just make hits together, but to support each other as they both seek to climb higher the ladder in their career.

Olamide most definitely made Phyno have an increased number of fans amongst the Yoruba speaking part of Nigeria, while Phyno on the other hand has given Olamide an increased number of fans amongst the Igbo speaking part of Nigeria as well. And two of them have given Nigeria a joint love and voice to speak with, not just musically but in terms of business and friendship.

Although their bromance has attracted some negative comments from some fans and critics, some saying that there may be more to both of them than just brotherly love, love for music and business. We really don't care what people think or say is responsible for holding them and keeping their bond strong, in fact whatever it is keeping them should never stop because we don't want to see a 'Jay Z and Kanye West' happen in our beloved country, Nigeria.

Olamide was present at Phyno's second edition of Phynofest, to show him all the love and support like a brother. Phyno on the other hand have been at all Olamide's major concerts both In Nigeria and Abroad. I for one is expecting another album from these two, and possibly a joint concert where only both of them would headline. And to ask who is a better rapper? For someone like me who understands both the Igbo and the Yoruba Language very well, I would say both of them were born to do music. They're both dope and it would be hard to say who is better than who.

Watch Phyno and Olamide's performance at Phynofest 2016 here:

'Obasanjo Is The Great Grand Father of Corruption In Nigeria' - Reps Blasts OBJ

In response to the comment earlier made by Chief Olusegun Obasanjo on the House of Reps; saying they are being run by gang of Criminals, the House Of Representatives have blasted Obasanjo labelling him the Grandfather of Corruption.

The House of Representatives have described Obasanjo as the most corrupt individual to ever hold a public office in Nigeria, although he (Obasanjo) saw himself as the only clean human being. They further said that the reason Obasanjo would never like the House of Representatives was that they destroyed his plans of running for third term in office as the President, even after they collected his money and displayed it publicly to put him to shame.

Obasanjo had stated that “Once you are a member, you are co-opted and your mouth is stuffed with rottenness and corruption that you cannot opt out as you go home with not less than N15million in a month for a senator and N10m a month for a member of the House of Representatives. The National Assembly is a den of corruption by a gang of unarmed robbers.
“If the judiciary is being cleaned, what of the National Assembly, which stinks much worse than the judiciary? Budget padding must not go unpunished.
“It is a reality, which is a regular and systemic practice. Nobody should pull the wool over the eyes of Nigerians. Ganging up to intimidate and threaten the life of a whistle-blower is deplorable and undemocratic.’’

But the House of Representative had responded through it's Chairman of the Committee on Media and Public Affairs, Mr. Abdulrazak Namdas who said that Obasanjo first introduced corruption to the legislature in 1999 when he felt he must bribe legislators to have his way on every issu. He was quoted saying: “Lest we forget, the person who introduced corruption to the National Assembly is Chief Olusegun Obasanjo. He birthed the 4th Republic National Assembly with corrupt practices from day one; indeed the first day of the Republic.

So many other allegations was raised on the former President by the House of Reps as they move to idemnify the house from the corruption allegations labelled against it by Obasanjo.

Tragic! Over 31 People Dead In Iran Train Crash

At least 31 people have been confirmed dead in a recent train crash in Iran, this tragic incident happened this Friday when a train ran into the back of an intercity express which had broken down earlier. Over 70 people were admitted into a hospital immediately after the crash in the Northern Province of Semnan; on the the border between Tehran and Mashlad.

The express train which operates one of Iran's longest distance services from Tabriz in the Northwest to Mashlad had been forcefully stopped between stations due to a mecha nical failure, most likely caused by the cold November weather, Mohammad Reza Khabbaz reported.

Two coaches were immediately set ablaze at the course of the crash, eye witnesses said that they saw people being taken out of the train on fire. This is such a tragic scenario and we mourn with those who has lost their loved ones to this.

The 'Why Women Fuss About Marriage' Article of Your Dreams

My mother once told me that every woman's goal is to get married when I asked her a few years ago why women fuss about getting married so much, I was shocked because I felt after all her education she should be able to sound a bit 'logical'. So was my thinking that period but then I drew a conclusion after almost 'interviewing' every adult female I meet as I go on with my life and business.

Ask a random girl in our society what her future plans are and it's almost impossible for her to skip the part when she gets married and starts raising her own kids, I kept wondering why it was that way until i got a bit older and my female friends grew older with me and started becoming 'ripe' for marriage. From every of their actions, statements and moves you'll know that they're under direct and indirect pressure to get married. Some girls would change the display pictures on the texting apps of their mobile phones (e.g BBM) week after week to pictures of their 'friends' getting married or having a pre-wedding photo shoot or an engagement party; and you don't need a prophet to tell you that they can't wait for the day it gets to their turn.

Why are ladies always in a hurry to leave the single life to tie themselves to a man 'forever'? Why are they always in a rush to have babies and alter their 'sexy' body (even though not all have a sexy body)? Why are they such in a hurry to have steady and uninterrupted sexual supplies? These are the questions I keep asking myself when I see a young girl who is under intense pressure (direct and indirect) to get married.

In an attempt to answer these questions I came up with answers in my head - Maybe they just want to be free from the bondage of living under their parents' roof and go start a home where they can exercise power and liberty?  Maybe they just want to be having constant sex without having any form of guilty conscience or withouth appearing 'cheap'? Maybe they want to show off to their fellow girls that they're also 'marriageable'; and can attract a man who has sworn to spend the rest of their life with them. Or is it that they just want to be able to take pre-wedding photoshoots too, snap with wedding gown and put on snapchat and Instagram so that they can have lots of views and likes, and make other girls jealous? These amongst plenty other answers are what I came up with, I know I could be wrong.

A girl once turned me down because she said I was not ready to get married to her that year, and she needs someone serious who is ready to marry her before that year ends. The irony of this whole issue is that this same girl is not married till today, and there's every possibility that I may even get married before her. Some have sleepless nights because they're not married and their mates are, some go through days and weeks of fasting and prayer looking for husbands because they're 'getting old'. The recent trend now is announcing qualities on social media and ask that people help them look for husband. They don't need a young good looking man with 'prospects' as women did in the days of our fathers, they need men who are 'ready' for marriage even though he looks like a gorilla and an iguana mated to give birth to him.

Should the society be blamed for this? Because it contributes largely to this madness and fuss about getting married amongst young women. Our parents, relatives, friends, traditional and religious institutions and the government; I think all have a major role to play in this. Why is marriage a woman's 'greatest' achievement in life, why is a single woman no matter how successful she might be regarded as a 'failure' because she didn't get married but a man's success is never tied to his marital status; in fact single and successful men are highly exalted.

I'm sure you can't wait to find out why. Stay tuned for the second part of this article which would be available in a very short time from now; meanwhile I would like to read your comments.

Ebuka Akara Denies Making Over 1.3 million Naira in 2011

Popular Nigerian Twitter personality Ebuka Akara who has been able to successfully use twitter as a tool to advertise in Nigeria, has denied reports saying that he made over 1.3 million Naira from advertising alone at the age of 18.

The report was made by YBL Nigeria through their twitter handle, acknowledging the good works of the young Nigerian and referring to him as a 'Twitter lord's. But Ebuka on the other hand, replied the tweet saying it was not true.

Is Ebuka trying to be humble or 'Low-key'? Is he trying to avoid DSS and EFCC come knocking on his door? Or is he just avoiding kidnappers or armed robbers coming to pay him a visit this period of recession? Whatever the case may be, we congratukate him on this good works and say 'more grease to his elbow'.
