To the massive relief of Nigerians, the ongoing nationwide fuel scarcity seems to have come to an end. The endless queues in filling stations which usually causes serious traffic jams on major roads seems to have stopped.
Although lots of petrol stations still sell for as high as N120-N130 per litre but Nigerians don't seem to have much complains about it, because it's a huge improvement from what was obtainable just few days ago. We all hope that the scarcity comes to a final stop as promised by the Ministry of Petroleum, it would be to relief if the price of fuel goes back to normal.
Nigerians have had it tough these past weeks, coupled with the high exchange rate and fuel scarcity it felt like the world was coming to an end. Power generation and supply was almost non existent, temperature has been extremely high and prices of items in the market triple the usual price.
May God help Nigeria!
